Not PO Box Friendly

I am frustrated by the number of items on this site that won't ship to PO Boxes. I also hate that the site won't just tell you an item isn't PO box eligible, it tells you "please try your order again" or "sorry, item is out of stock", both of which I've learned mean, at checkout, that the vendor won't ship to PO boxes. Just say it people!

Went to Walmart yesterday to get…

Went to Walmart yesterday to get something for grubs. Asked a associate if they carried this product. A man that works there told her it's in automotive. I couldn't find it,just have been out. I saw the guy coming with a U- boat stacked with boxes and started telling him I couldn't find it and he told me " I don't know what you're talking about" I started to tell him and he says to me and I quote "get out of the way!" I said I just want to ask you a question!! He says " move out of the way this is heavy!! I boat is on wheels and he brought it up from the back of the store. I started talking to him and he said again " get out of the way, move out of the way!!!! I was pissed! I started walking and told him out loud he's only cares about money and the customers! He started talking and I said " don't bother, do what you're doing don't worry about respecting customers! Go about with your job!!! This was in Waterville Maine

I refuse to shop Walmarts anymore

I refuse to shop Walmarts anymore. This use to be my go to store, but now they have a bunch of self checkout lines and only one or two open lines with cashiers available. I refuse to go to the self checkouts because they are taking jobs that someone could be working if they would pay people what they are worth!!!

I was told to kick rocks.

I ordered a birthday present 5-10-21 Fedex said it would arrive 5-13-21, it didn't. I called walmart.com and fedex for days only to get the run around then finally 5-19-21 walmart.com broke the news to me that my order was lost. They also charged my credit card on 5-12-21. All I wanted was the truth which was to hard for walmart.com and fedex to do.

Do not order online its trash

I ordered 2 items neither had all the parts to assembly gave them 2 chances to send out correct parts that was missing and they sent the wrong parts i called last week for a refund & they start sending out emails trying to send more parts after i requested for a refund now i just called today and they said no refund was issued so at this point i will not order anything else through their services i also ordered it for the extra 79$ for them to assembly my tv stand that was ordered "HANDY SERVICES" set up an appointment and never showed up & never rescheduled so i had to call them to ask what's going on and if i could just be refunded they said they sent the refund but it has been over 2 weeks & still no refund DO NOT ORDER THROUGH WALMART ONLINE IT IS HORRIBLE SERVICE & PRODUCTS

Not Trustworthy

I purchased online a mattress from your LaMarque, TX location and received an email stating I could pick it up at 12:00 PM today. I went in to see if I could pick it up early at 10:30 am and the lady said it was in the back that I would have to wait for them to retrieve it and it would be a little after 12:00 pm, while I sat in your parking lot from that time till 12:10 pm they stated that they sent me an email telling me it was cancelled that the inventory was wrong. I looked at my email and at 11:24 am they cancelled the order after they told me it was in the back and I was sitting outside. This is very unprofessional!

Two months later still no order and refused refund

I ordered storage bins online on March 22. It was supposed to be available for pickup April 9. I have contacted the chat support 5 times and 5 times been told the situation has been escalated. I’ve tried cancelling and requesting a refund but was told that couldn’t happen the first 4 times. The most recent time the CS rep told me I would receive a refund within 2-3 business days. 1 week later I received an email saying I never responded so the issue is considered “resolved”. This is ridiculous...it’s been two months... just give me my money back we don’t need the bins to move anymore.

Can't reach anyone.

I called Fontana,Colton,Beaumont,Moreno Valley and Redlands locations. You cannot reach anyone to talk to. Very sad. No business here.

William in the Grocery Pick Up Hunt…

William in the Grocery Pick Up on Hunt Highway is AWESOME!! I’m a Door Dash Driver and he marked my orders nicely so I knew which order was where and he placed the groceries so nicely in the car! Keep up the awesome work William!!

Purchased Item In Stock - Got Email Saying It Was No Longer Available - Card Charged

We are trying to use other online services than Amazon to spread out purchases. We ordered a new sewing machine. It was in stock at the time of the order. A third party (evidently seller) emailed us to tell us it was out of stock a few days later and would not be available. We were then charged for the purchase. No one to call and a bit of a path to go through to get a refund. Ten business days also for the refund which we are still waiting for. Unfortunately, I would not recommend Wallmart.com to anyone. If you don't know it's out of stock and it is not clear that it's a third party seller and not Wallmart, it's too big of a pain. Our money will be tied up roughly 20 days total. Also not good. I gave them one star because after all the hoops, it at least looks like we will get a refund.

Delivery Service: 1st 2 orders ok, 3rd & 4th awful. Service not worth the aggravation.

This is a long story: I signed up for Walmart delivery service in March. Selected free 2 week trial and opted for annual service for 98.00. Seemed like a good deal since our local Walmart has become filthy, boxes all over the aisles & shelves are never stocked. My first delivery was great, they gave you ample time to review substitutions. 2nd delivery ok, out of some things, but overall ok.
In the meantime, Walmart charged my bank account for annual fee on March 24. Ok, no problem. One week later, I get a notice that a charge of 98.00 is being charged to my credit card; is this authorized? I selected no, and my card was suspended for possible fraud. I checked my bank account and found another 98.00 about to come through. I immediately called, a rep, who said he would pass along to billing (I called on a Sunday). I checked Monday to see if progress was made on the refund, and my account wasn't noted. The 2nd rep said they will have to send fax to my bank authorizing reversal. I was on the line with Walmart and my bank to arrange the fax. I was told it was done. When I checked 2 days later, no refund. I called the bank, who informed me that Walmart failed to cancel on their end and it went through. Nothing bank can do. I called Walmart again. Rep # 3 said he will issue a refund on my account; will see in 3-5 business days. He sent an email confirming the refund with a link to my case #. I waited 1 week; no refund and called again. Rep # 4 said refund was never noted on my account (I found the link the 3rd one sent takes me an error page). Now, I'm upset. The 4th rep did put it through. I demanded to speak to a supervisor and was left on hold for 10 min & I hung up. From start to finish, I received the refund after 2 weeks.
Now back to the deliveries. For the 3rd order, they had only a few items I ordered, but when I got what they had in stock, they charged for items I did not receive. Another call to Walmart and they did refund within 24 hours. I just received my 4th order. Out of the 8 items I originally ordered, I only received 3 and the once again charged me for something I did not get. Just spent 15 min. On hold to get a refund issued. This service is more headaches than it's worth. Drivers are great, though!

Something is still a little off

The are still only open 6am until 11pm not 24 hours plus they are not fully stocked up like before limited amount of clothes shoes. Vitamin section very limited it's like they're planning on shutting down as soon they get the word to all customers please be aware something is going on

It's a trickle down system. Employees of Walmart have no compassion for anyone, because corporate has no compassion for them. How CEO and corporate treat senior management is then instilled into upper management who then cycle the treatment to middle managements to finally fall on the back of the beasts that make Walmart run the and the labor class/hourly worker. The hourly workers reflect their store middle management. So, if the employment agent at the senior to middle management act's like that do you really want to work for a company?
